Willie Willegas Y Entre Amigos are a Brooklyn born salsa band performing classic salsa tunes like the ever popular "Vamos A Baila La Murga" de Panama. Mentirosa, a sweet colombian cumbia. Plena medleys from Puerto Rico and Vamonos pal monte for the veteran salsero and many more nostalgic classics that you no longer can get on records or has not yet been transferred over to CD format.

Willie Villegas founder, leader, and timbalero of this magnificent group is no new comer to the world of salsa. His impeccable musical career spans over 15 years performing with salsa's greatest legends like 5 time Grammy Winner Eddie palmieri, Frankie Ruiz, Joe Cuba, Lalo Rodriguez, Paquito Guzman and so on just to name a few.

Entre Amigos is an appropriate name for a group of talented musicians who complement each other with their versatile playing and giving extra added attraction to a live show with such energetic solos like Johnson Morales-pianist and co-leader who gives you an explosive style and originality beyond the normal realm.

Fernando Rentas-bassist sets the foundation and anchors the groove. John Martinez-congas enhances the rhythm along with Jim Popelka on bongos giving Entre Amigos that special nostalgic New York style.

Gamalier Bonilla-lead trombonist with a strong and bold solos also sings background vocals. Jeff Iglesias-2nd trombonist and percussionist add flavor to tee.

Alfredo "Male" Torres-lead vocals takes the challenges of singing with Entre Amigos knowing that at live performance he has to invent new lyrics on the spot with virtually no time to think.
